You may recall my recent post regarding the instability of software applications written using the Cold Fusion Markup Language and BlueDragon. The post was entitled I'm glad EnvisionConnect was not written like MySpace. I'm not normally one to say I told you so—but I did.
This week, a garrison of computer hackers has rallied troops for the annual DefCon and Black Hat conferences in Las Vegas, Nevada, where hacker after hacker demonstrated how easy it was to cripple such applications and steal vital security information—using only an Internet browser.
Once again, I say: I'm really glad EnvisionConnect wasn't written using CFML and BlueDragon.
