You may have noticed that this blog isn't as busy as it used to be. This is partially because I am busier than I would like to be, but it is also related to some personal decisions I have made.
This blog was created with three purposes in mind...
- To keep Decade Software customers informed of our progress
- To keep Decade Software employees apprised of the same
- To share with the world what we've learned from Scrum, Leadership, and Teamwork in general
Of late, the third item has taken a life of its own, and I have decided that the topic deserves a site of its own. As such, this blog will focus primarily on the first two items from now own.
There are other reasons for my decision, as well:
- Because I have blogged daily for so long, some of my team have developed a perception that I do nothing else.
- The popularity of the Scrum, Leadership, and Teamwork topics has overshadowed the good works my teams are doing at Decade Software.
- By separating the blogs, I can put more focus on my teams in this forum.
For readers, who wish to hear only of Scrum, Leadership, and Teamwork, I will be updating LeadFollowOrGetFired.com from my home, and—as always—I welcome both your feedback and your support.
