Did Decade Software really quadruple quality and quantity?

Yesterday, we reviewed where we were before the improvements began, but the chart below provides the most startling view of just how far we've come.

In addition to moving from an environment where over one-third of all defects remained unclosed to an environment of zero defects, we moved from a delivery average of one new EnvisionConnect workflow per year to an average of twenty per year.

This information was initially collected for a presentation I delivered last month entitled, "Building Perpetual Teams: How Decade Software used Truth, Trust, and Transparency to quadruple quality and quantity".

Those who attended the session entered thinking the title was an exaggeration. They left the presentation knowing it was an understatement.
