After reading Chris Spagnuolo's GeoScrum post last Thursday, I rented one of my favorite movies for the fourth time—actually the seventh time if you count the original.
Here's this premise...
"A leader recruits the best of the best for his team. Everyone on the team shares in the glory if their goal is accomplished. The project plan calls for enough flexibility to allow individuals to do what they do best—anyway they need to do it—and the whole team stays focused and united towards achieving a common goal, meeting at least once daily to gauge obstacles and progress."
No, Ocean's Eleven was not a movie about Scrum, but it certainly could have been.
