Opening the house that Scrum built

Tomorrow's the big day! The Development Team will demonstrate a year's worth of work under the Scrum management methodology.

The EnvisionConnect Open House begins early tomorrow morning and will essentially be a Sprint Review Meeting on steroids—without any acceptance discussion, as everything to be demonstrated has been previously accepted by the Product Owner.

Chickens in attendance will come from our Marketing and Client Services departments. These teams will be seeing some areas of the application for the very first time tomorrow—so excitement is high at Decade Software this week.
