For years, the name Larry Kalpakoff was synonymous with Decade Software's Technical Support Department. You may have heard that he left Decade some time back to join the team at Fresno's Flood Control District, and you may have heard that he is now a proud father—but have you ever wondered whether these changes may have altered Larry's unique perspectives on life?
Wonder no more! Here are some of Larry's thoughts just this week...
"Another United States Postal Service delivery 'Priority Mail' is late—mailed Wednesday for 2-day 'estimated' delivery. Today's Friday and nothing. It will come Saturday or Monday like always. They sure aren't very good at 'estimating'. Actually I can't think of anything that the post office is good at.
Its time to start keeping track and complaining. I’ll begin with this delivery.
Watch for my special page coming soon on the right side for the metrics on delivery times. I think its time to find out who is actually the most accurate shipper in terms of estimated delivery."
